<Basic Requirement>
Here are the requirements for our candidates to apply:
- Only main characters are allowed
- You’re active and willing to help this community out by fulfilling official duties
- You have to be 8th combat level (or higher)
- You must know general rules and forum rules well
- Your English is at least at the intermediate level
- Access of Skype for private channel discussion

Attach the answers of the following questions in your application and send through PM (ONLY):
1. Have you read the requirements? Do you fit those? In case if you fit most of them but don’t fit some particular ones, please specify which ones you don’t and why?
2. How long have you been playing this game, and is this your first character? If it’s not, what happened to your previous accounts (blocked, abandoned, whatever, just be sincere, no one’s gonna judge you)?
3. How old are you?
4. Where are you from (or what’s more important, what’s your time zone (+/- compared to the server time for obvious reasons)?
5. How many hours a day do you spend in the game?
6. Have you tried out for moderator before? If so, what were the reasons that made them reject you?
7. What forum sections do you read the most? Or maybe post in? Or prefer?
8. Why would you like to become a moderator? Just be sincere, if you’re for the money say it out, there’s nothing wrong in it, people do their jobs professionally and get payed for that in RL, why should it be different here?

I don't know how that affects your ability as an moderator.A guy who is playing for long time will definitely have more FSP(in old .com),than someone who's at same lvl but lvled quick (esp. with new exp ratios and stuff)
I think it's a bit unfair,but it would be good if you could explain that to me.

dont misunderstood that multi faction players = better moderation. |

| Before applying pay attention to what are you applying for, don't waste your chance in a hurry. Take your time to think before applying and read carefully whatever is written in the 1st post. |
Question: is there any differentiation between forum sections for LWM mods? For example, some mods taking care for Creative Works, Off-game forums and others - for strictly "professional" areas like General game forum, etc.
I'm asking cause in Russian forums there is such differentiation. |
Actually, I've checked the clan and found out there is a differentiation of mods between sections.
I've mailed you a short letter. I would, however, speak to Arctic cause he personally knows me for a long time already. |

I wrote more then 1,600 words and over 8400 character. I could not fit it into a single message therefore I had to send it into 3 different messages. Is that a problem, or will it create any kind of inconvenience?

That sounds rather illogical. What can certainly be a criterion, though, is previous financial and disciplinary transgressions (if a candidate committed some in the past). |

Well, technically, having a negative gold total would probably be a detrimental factor.
