| Will we also be awarded from the if we are not part of any garrisons? Also if we do not participate in any fantasy quests? | I am not sure, but I think that since this is a player-organised quest, you need to be part of the garrisons to take part in this quest.
Also, if you do not participate in anything, you will clearly not be rewarded for it.
You need to understand though: The NY Fantasy quest from daily and the official Fir-tree liberation event are two different things, and they will have two absolutely different rewards.
