| Because January 2014's roulette hasn't happened yet. If we know, then that (italics) wouldn't be fair. Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but I think they stopped releasing roulette records. Although, I think Hallion keeps records. |

| I'm not sure if it still keeps records, probably it does, but it doesn't matter now. There are many sites that keep track of roulette, better than the one I was maintaining before merge. |
The encrypted file is usually available at start of the month.
I would guess it just hasn't been done yet for this year because admins have overlooked it or not had time because of all the other server work over the new year and I am sure they would also spend some time with their families during the holiday period. |
