| As far as I know, this is the best question ever asked. I have no idea. Maybe some kind of event, or maybe some old artifacts from before the servers' merge. |

I have had this question several times in the past, especially to see Lv 1dwarfs with 6 attack
I think this may be because if some old artifacts of before merge era.
This is specially a pain in the arse while trying to break hunt records.
Nothing you can do about it though. |

I am saying that there might be arts which were available only to the ru server.
For example, like Runet figurines, which were there from 2009, but not for eng. server

This hunt record was achieved during the RuNet voting period on the Russian server during 2011. During this period, players received daily potions that they could use to boost their parameters for 24 hours. The potions all had a required level of 1.
One such potion was this, https://www.lordswm.com/art_info.php?id=elixir_infly3 - It would have been the one that the level 1 took in this combat you have posted.

It should also be noted, that in the year 2011 Candy had a required level of 1 on the Russian server. Although I am not certain whether they were actually given out to players below level 3 (or whether it is just written in the description), they may have been. This may explain why you have seen other players with extra parameters as well.

Finally, the last point I would make is that the RuNET figurine is available to level 1s, (although the stat increase is not hugely substantial) https://www.lordswm.com/art_info.php?id=ru_statue - But that it is available to such a low level might suggest that there are other special artifacts available too.
