what the different between 100 range and 127 range on magi and lorekeeper?
is it raise damage?
range can never mean damage
Hypothetically that means that their shot would continue going on for as long as 127 squares.
Range means in this case - distance they can shoot at w/o taking half damage penalty.

For example, your Gremlin Engineers can shoot units standing in the opposite corner of the map as well, but if their range exceeds 6, their damage will be penalized cause of long range. For Magi, that range should exceed 100 in order to halve the damage from their shot, and for Lorekeepers - as much as 127.
Forget it. It won't matter. They have no ranged penalty. Meaning that these guys should have no limit to range. Really, it should say infinity.

the squares for horizontal just 12 squares
and for vertical are 8 squares per lord

so is it unuse give 127 range for lorekeep?
Maybe the Administration plans some kind of super huge battles in far future and that's why they limited the normally unlimited range / no range abilities just in case:) That's the only reasoning I can come with :)
