This problem has been located to one of the Asian DCDN cache servers responsible for servicing players from the Middle East and S.-E. Asia.
At this point we do not know if one of those servers is down, or simply the files on it got corrupted.
You can help us locate that particular server faster and address its administrators.
Those who know how to do it, please share the output of two command lines:
ping dcdn.lordswm.com
and
tracert dcdn.lordswm.com
Also, please name your location. You may post here or PM me with these details.

see the output below. for me it helps when i change ISP from my fixed line provider to gsm provider, then i do not experience any issue.
