As I said, this matter can only be solved by Empire's representative - the Secretary (whose profile I linked above). Since you also forwarded 35k to the Empire, you should consult with him whether you should or should not make such transfers.
Perhaps you didn't really violate any rules or since you haven't known about some of them they can be overlooked yet? |

The facts I've seen do not speak in favour of your version of the events.
We have tools to determine whether players indeed visit a cafe, or all multilogins just happen one after another and then cede place to the main, which is your case.
Transfer logs of your so called friends are also pure leakage from their accounts to your main. Rule 3.15 defines casual transfers, not a dedicated one-sided assist which took place for many months in your case, that one is governed by a more general rule:
1.13. Financial assist is forbidden in all aspects of the game. Financial assist is a dedicated assistance of one character to another in any way meant to increase the possessions of the latter.
See, even if a number of characters belong to multiple different players (which I'm certain is different in your case), a continuous dedicated assist is completely illegal and deemed as one of the biggest rule violations.
The 35000 transfer to Empire has been overlooked by me, indeed it has taken place and it will be returned. |
