Does it have a mana cost or a limit to its casting times, or just once? I wanted to know

Its a talent that triggers in the start of the battle only once | | It is a talent that gives you some spirit points (tribal spirit) in the begging of the battle. If you have it, then even before moving, attacking, etc, your creatures will have like 100 spirit points. (the amount can be different, it is just an example =) | | It's not something that can be activated. The TS is automatically given at the start of combat. |
