| I do not understand the working of this artifact. According to this artifact's description, it provides +1% initiative for each 4th combat level of character but when I equip it I get 0 initiative. Why is this? shouldn't I get at least +2? Since I am level 9? | | perhaps it show in combat only? | | if i am right, things which mentioned in art description can be viewed in battle only... |
