| Snake coil ring still counts as shop artifact (it did during PoT) since you can wear it in paired tournament. Very good for some low level players, but perhaps somewhat unfair. | I think it probably shouldn't - Simply as it isn't available from the shop.
The administration should be aware that it is working in these events, (Someone must have made a complaint at some point), and may have chosen to keep it as having the same status as a shop art.
