Just a warning, I had the same problem and then tried to use the other paypall way to donate (not the one on the start page of "donate"). 
Do not try this way, I donated and lost my money but did not receive any diamonds. 
 
I contacted dealer about it with my confirmation mail from my purchase. No reply till now.  |

I received a mail from XSOLA that my money was refunded. 
Still when I check my paypall or credit card, I do not see my refunded money.  | 
Still no sign of my money nor my diamonds. 
Dealer is not responding and XSOLA is neither. It has been 5 days since the payment got denied and my money got charged.  |

Do what I did, call paypal, PM Dealer/Lexa and explain the problem with screenshots of the payment, confirmation mail and any other info you can find.

Do you remember how much time it takes to get diammonds?  | 
After I contacted Lexa en dealer with all the proof + called paypal several times it took me a total of 7 workdays (10 with weekend in between). 
 
Keep trying and calling paypal, they have a day line wich is very helpfull. Its also in your own language wich makes it easier to explain the problem.  |
