| Hello sirs, i have a problem with Paypal. My account is "limited" for some reason it was since i created it, i have some money in the account , but i can't use them at all. In the Limited section it says that it's limited because of this - > "Proof of Address" as far as i understood i have to pay bills with my name like gass or something to get rid of the problem, but since i'm the kid and i don't pay bills , is there any easier way how to solve this? | | did you ever pay with this card? | | I haven't , once i created it and added my bank account i couldn't use the money from paypal. | | ask in bank, if is on your account any money | | You can try calling them, although you have to be at least 18 to register for an account in the first place. | calling them
And they will probably ask for the necessary documents or etc. anyhow. | Well, this is not a querry relevant to the game but anyway. This is how paypal works :
You make an account, then you register your card to paypal. In order for the card to be examined as valid, a transaction must be done. So, paypal does a trivial transaction, it charges you with a small amount (1.5 euros I think, not sure) and confirms if the bank responds normally. If it does, your money is returned and all done, if not, your money can't be moved at all and this means your bank account information is wrong, or the bank is not cooperating as expected. Now, go and confirm your card (don't ask me how, I don't remember exactly), read the information and make sure you understand what they mean and I'm sure you'll be able to start using your card normally. | for Milkshot:
Your question is not related to the game. If you have problems with your paypal account, you should call the paypal support.
