Author | Rule 3.16: When is a loss considered intentional? |
According to rule 3.16 it is forbidden to intentionally lose a combat, but I guess all players sometimes do this when the fight is practically over to spare some time. Is this really forbidden or are there any common sense allowed here? |
of course common sense is allowed. Nobody even reports such battles when the players are aware of the same. |
My alt. recently got reported in the .ru forum (http://www.heroeswm.ru/forum_messages.php?tid=2234835&page=last). In the random paired tournament my partner didn't settle his troops. From that bad start I took a chance with an early fiends leap, but it didn't work out well at all. I was not in the mood to delay my enemies troops after that. Is that rule-breaking? |
It is. You are supposed to play with the max of your skills unless the game is lost 100%. Like, if you have 10k guardians left and your enemy is a wizard with gargoyles alive, or if you have 100 guardians left and your enemy is a dark elf with max lizards alive. |
for Majblomma:
In your case it is definitely violation.
It might not be violation if you had already lost 70-80% of your troops and the opponent's major stacks were still alive. |
In your case it is definitely violation. |
in PvP's, even if chance of losing is higher in my side, i still play hard.
because i hopefully expect my opponanat to make a mistake. |
