ive reported some staged combat in english forums, admind moved them to the wrong forums then nothing is done to those cheater, its time to leave this game full of cheaters

From my perspective they are doing a fine job. I believe they just have their guidelines that they work within.
Those complaints you both laid are valid complaints, yes. A keeper could easily fine those players for staged combat. However, in each of those complaints there are multi-characters involved. This means that they need to be blocked.
A keeper cannot block players. So to move an application to the Complaints finance and others forum means that the keeper has found some multi-character abuse and it is up to the "sweepers" to block them. Therein lays our problem, there are many many complaints in the finance and other section which go unnoticed. So until that section is dealt to, those players you complained about won't get blocked. |

This a serious issue. i have been fighting with numerous losers to reduce their reputation since i know that complaining doesn't help anymore. it is fun but tedious :/
There is some scope though. a russian mod was recently granted high status in our server :)
And he seems to be doing a decently good job :) ( hopefully)

are you sure? we had ONLY LITTLE keepers here; i wonder who you were mention on.
we are not in RU: multiple keepers race on who was the fastest and close the most amount of cases.
COM keepers have their own rules and way to do the job.
all complaints will be go through by keepers. but, you wont always get the outcome you want to. |
what i see is a lot of russians players dont have sense of honour, they just donest care about the game, just care of themselves, so they cheat all the time, do staged combat, illegal trades ect no wonder how english community is leaving the game fast, the game is very good and only russians are playing it, you know why? i do, couse most player dont want to play with them

MAN 6 YEARS 20 hours a day that is not pussible, not even missing a single day of play with 4 hours of sleep each day for 6 years? come on, what a cheaters, and admins do not ban them, why? becouse they win money with the DONATES
allowing upgraded lvl 1 creatures in level 3 tournaments, obviously those players spent 20 diamons on it so admins are happy

those are more playing leaving than newbies comming to the game, that is a fact, like it or not

.com players havent left. We had more or less 770 persons online at .com server. Now if you see the .com clans (english speaking ones) you can count that number given or taken 100-200 people. Some have indeed left and some of them are russians playing at .com.
The total population of this game has taken a hit indeed after survilurg defenses-new races implemented but has in no way affected the playability of this game. It's not a WoW empty server waiting for the next expansion...
If you want to grievance your way out of this game, please do it in a more civilized way. Or grieve alone.
Also if you are affected by any means by the so-called cheating state how you were affected and stop whining. And above all, post with your former .com name and dont hide behind a level 3 account. |
I remember months ago i reported an unpaid loan in here, obviously nothing happens
Then i report in the .ru forum, the guy immediately got penalty
Just browse the complaints forum here, doesn't seem like any of the reports have been processed unlike the .ru forum
complaining doesn't help anymore
If you have proofs, it's still better to report it so the public knows, or just use google translate to report it on .ru forums |

Sorry Pang, I didn't mean to be rude to you, or any other Keeper from .com, nor I'm trying to tell how you supposed to do your job, I'm just saying in some cases nothing happens or at least takes a while to happen.
Perhaps it's time to make a new recruitment of new keeper, sadly who had power to do so, isn't playing anymore. (My opinion.) |
