While splitting troops, there should be an option available to prioritize the individual troops with same initiative parameter i.e I have like 9 rogues and I want to split some individual rogues so I can take retaliation. I would definitely want those 1 rogues to have a turn before my main stack.
This game is based on strategy and logical thinking, if this option becomes available, there can be a lot of strategy that can be applied. |
Exactly its based on strategy meaning u should know how to turn bad scenarios into your advantage instead of having a pre planned suggestion like yours.

Skillfully using the random factor for each stacks first move is a big part of the game and does not need to be changed.
Also consider that although it may not move first this time later on in the battle it will almost always be in the position where it can take retal so it just a matter of a little patience and strategy. |

| Hmmm ... I hate strategy being dependent on luck, but I'm not sure about this suggestion. I'd agree only if prioritizing the troops wouldn't make the settlement any more boring than it already is. |
