Not meaning to annoy anyone but that clan is for unjust blocks (bans and penalties). In his case as far as I recall, he was involved in (God knows whatever) so his block wasn't unjust. How is OAC going to help him? I think only admins can help him. I maybe wrong but it'd be unjust to give him false hopes. ) |

if you tell them: "yes, i was wrong, i made a bad mistake, but i won't do it in future", they can help you and give some penalty instead of a block
it depends on the situation, they have their own verdict
i don't know the situation, but i know that this court of appeal is the only place you can apply to and they will try to handle the problem
