What is the optimal gold that I should have before buyin' it?

My advice somewhere more than 100k. After buying ABC you'll be having only like what 10k gold? Anyhow I don't really use ABC so I can't be speaking from experience but from money-wise, 100k would seem decent and reasonable to purchase ABC.
And btw ABC does not give extra gold, it only gives extra LG points for every enroll you make. |
I think being lvl 3 is way too early to start considering ABC.
Have fun around the game a bit, try out new factions, buy little arts. :o) |

ABC is for those who can donate/buy 20 diamonds (or more) every month. Those with excess gold accumulated over years also favor ABC.
be warned, its effects(benefits) are sorta addictive :p |
At your level I would not bother with a mount. Leave it as something to look forward to.
If you absolutely "must have" a mount then i would just get a regular buffalo. It moves around the map 50% quicker and "only costs" 3000 gold a week. I used to use this when I was doing lots of mercenary quests before Abu Bakirs charm was released.
Who cares about status! Buffalos are cool. :) |
Don't forget the Artifact Inventory amount limit either. You get double the amount of Artifacts you can store in your Inventory when you buy Abu Bakir's Artifact.
And when it expires, you still get to hold onto the Artifacts you have in your Inventory (although you can't buy more than double your base amount) you can still get won Artifacts from Hunts and other battles.
In my opinion, if you can afford Abu's Artifact, by all means, get it and see if it is right for you. |
I would only use it if you're very active, if there is an event, if you want to do a lot of mercenary quests or if you want to achieve a goal in the laborers guild. And best if you want to do a combination of all of them. At the moment I have it because there were 2 events this month, I want to do quests and I'm close to LG 10. I don't know yet if I'll extend it, probably only if the charmer elf faction comes out soon and I can do the christmass events with it.
It's very nice, but it costs 50k per month. For me, not using it 6 months means I gather 300k more gold and this is almost equal to upgrading one of my castles from level 12 to 14. Personally I rather invest gold in that. But I make around 150k in a month, I can afford it if I want to. But you better save your gold and invest it in better things (10 months of ABC = one TGI, think about it). |
