Yup, but aki (OAC) is not helping me rather giving me lame excuses like a lot of time has passed so they dont want to unblock it |

In this case, it is not about the severity of the action that lead to the block, but rather the length of time it took for Wonderla to propose a case to the Appeals commission.

2) The OAC cannot review cases that are too old. I guess I should leave it to the commissioners to name this period of limitation, I do not have an exact timeframe. But cases that go over more than that period cannot be considered, so there's also not much point in bringing them to the OAC's attention.
It might be frustrating for you, but if the OAC have declined your appeal, then there is nothing you can do to resolve it. They have to work within the framework that will be partially prescribed by the administration and I suppose that the time limit for appeals is just one factor that they need to consider. |
