Hi,
saturday 20.12.2014 about 16:50 i did pay money for diamond,but have not received anything. Could you answer me , why??? |
what payment method do you use? give us some details.
I already buy diamond 3 times with bank transfer and I receive it instantly |
I use my bank account (internet banking) Tatra banka. My money withdrawn from the bank account, but diamonds not have received. before i bought diamond 5 times without problem. This is first time.
I dont know what i can do now. |

As it is a bank payment, it may take a little while longer. You may not receive your money until the payment clears.
Try waiting 24 hours. If you still haven't received them, contact Dealer: https://www.lordswm.com/pl_info.php?id=7
When you write to Dealer try including 1) The date/time you paid for diamonds. 2) That you haven't received them. 3) The method that you used.
But wait at least 24 hours from time of payment before you contact Dealer. Also, if you do receive the diamonds please post here so we know it is resolved! :) |
