I think level ups only trigger with PvE battles (including events), whether they are won or lost.
So you need to switch back to wiz. If you don't have the castle, you can try walking with no troops and hoping to get ambushed. |
| Pvp battles works as well. If you don't have full wiz castle, switch faction, accept the MG quest that you need to transport and get ambushed in the way, lose/win the battle, and it will be level 4 :) |

because Wizard: 3 (165.48) +0.1, you still miss that 0.1 fsp, right?

Well technically it operates similarly to your negative exp (when you exceed your lv's experience). But instead of getting a negative exp, your FSP would still remain 0.1 regardless, until and unless you play a combat. I've had this once (no idea what I participated) but after playing a hunt, it automatically increase the the following FSP. |
the system still recognize your fsl need +0.1
so, just run a battle, simple as that... |
| Ah but it won't let me fight because it says insufficient troops. Apparently I have to improve my castle. Won't let me hunt or join mg battles. I am hoping for an ambush of mg. |

Yes, Only getting amush (whether quest or real thief) is as far I know the only fight allow with low troops that do not prevent leveling(ie can level up) |
