please help me to investigate why its not giving me any reward.

You should be receiving a small amount of gold each time you return to the Guild after a successful mission. That is your reward.
Elements are a bonus reward. There is a 20% chance of receiving an element. Some players have long runs where they do not receive one. So you are probably just unlucky. But you will get one eventually! |
