| He doesn't earn any profit (or maybe sustains a loss often), in return he fills the manufactory with gold that helps him to enroll. Factories have higher wage than resource facilities.. |
back then artifacts were more expensive than they are now.
So you can not compare those prices with the current prices of the ring. So it isi difficult to say how much profit he was making per ring. But as pankaj said, he most likely did it for the better enrollment spot. |

Let us put it this way production has 210 wage and mining has 170 wage. Buying rings fills gold in the factory which would let him enroll every time.
On his LG i.e, LG 6 the wages would be double of base wage, i.e, 420 for production and 340 for mining. That is 80 gold profit for enrolling in production every time. So even if he sells these rings at 10-20 gold loss at market, in reality he is in profit. |
