if I lose to DE caravan (more than 0.3 fsp gained), does all caravan difficulty will be reduced or just for DE caravan?

more than 0.3 fsp gained
This is an approximation. It is not actually based on fsp but on amount killed. So you can have 2,9 and get it reduced and 3,1 and let the level remain.

Also if you have bonus fsp it can also be misleading.
