| Those 3 ships were already there, they fled from the pirates. I have noticed though that when returning my ship doesn't only sail through the blockade, it also sails straight through a pirate ship! I wish my ship could use this apparition technique when fully loaded :D |
| Maybe those 3 ships could be the mastermind of the whole thing, they could be the one whom establish the pirates guild as they were there already, hey food for thought.. |

Pirate will not attack a ship whithout anything to loot.
And they know that you carry nothing when you return, so it's a waste for them to attack you.
But when you fully load, they know that this is a good thing to loot :P |
