You're level 13 with FSL 9...a bit too early to ask this? :P
As said by Death2All, every time your creature spends a turn without attacking, that is wait/defend/move, it will have a bonus damage for the next turn, which is equal to 9% in your case. And it gets accumulated upto 50%. |
