I was trying this new thing
You have an option of transfer from mobile
How does this work?????
And when I tried to put the amount in Indian rupees the value I was getting in return was far too less
0.5 dollar = 1 diamond
Conversion of Indian rupee to dollar rate was 62 ~ to 60
So when I put 300 rupees (5 dollars approx ) it would show only some 2.73 diamonds where as as per the conversion rate I should be getting 10 diamonds approx
What's the issue here???? |
I believe the option works like: You enter you number, select the number of diamonds you want. Then Xsolla send you a sms, charging your phone account (could be prepaid or plan). In that SMS you get a code which you then enter into Xsolla to get your diamonds.
Not every option has the same exchange rate or is as cheap as the paypal option up the top. The conversion rate for the mobile option is the most expensive of them all. There are higher fees associated with using a mobile, than there are with Paypal, so that is reflected in how many diamonds you get. I would only use mobile as an option if you have no other.
Please also just use one ? for your questions, 4 or 5 is not necessary. |
Okay sorry bro
Will remember it next time :) |
SMS is the most expensive, since it cost an extra tax.
On paypal it might be cheaper. |
I asked about this by chatting with xsolla operator and she told me that mobile companies charge a lot of tax. First it is taken by your country's company, then convertor, then their country's company. So a lot of tax has to be paid |
