You can buy real estate off the market when they are available. In the past there have been auctions for new estates when a new region has opened. Players have also received estates as rewards in one of the recent events we had (the alt-elf event) if they were in the top 10.
So new estates only tend to appear when a new region is discovered and opened on the map, otherwise you must buy it off players, through the market. |
