AuthorAbout bidding mistake
In case, if bidden an art 2 times or 3 times higher than the current market price. Is that possible claim back the gold from the seller?

If it is possible then up to how much I can claim back.

Example: Hunter shield market price is 220. if i bidden 1450(mistakenly)
Nope there is no such way however you can ask the seller if he can rufund some amount.
No it is not possible. That bid is your maximum bid - Your current bid is 165 - It is unlikely that anyone is going to push your bid much higher than the minimum price, so hope that you get the shield at a price you want! :)

Unless the maximum bidder has confessed his bid in the forums, muahaha

Anyway, back on topic :
The bid you set means up to how much you are willing to pay. If noone else wants to pay more than you, you will pay as much as the second higher bidder set to buy the art.

Example :

Hallion sets an auction for hunter shield in market.
TheKnightsss bids 1500 gold for it (boo boo).
Corey bids 100 gold (because he doesn't know how much is the highest bid).
Angons bids 250 gold.

Finally, when the auction expires and TheKnightsss gets the hunter shield and he pays for it 250 gold.
wait i am really confused.
isnt it like whatever price u bid u hv to pay that much?

Looks like a player read this thread and did exactly that :(

When you put a bid in, the price does not automatically rise to that value. Say you are bidding on an item and you are willing to pay 10,000 for the item. The current maximum bid is 2000. So you bid 10,000. The price rises to 2001 because you surpassed the last bid. Then another player comes along and wants to pay 5,000 maximum. If they bid 5,000 - Then your bid will automatically go up to 5,001. If you win the auction at 5,001 - You will get the remainder of the 10,000 back.
oh i see, thx corey

unless that was a joke and he returned 1200 to knight, thats really unfair :( he should be fined or removed from his clan :/
Muahahah, that's really funny.
Don't worry, the seller will have to return some extra gold, 'cause it's forbidden to buy arts for an extremely high price.
