I just notice that in donate page is no more Paypal option wich was not with Xsollia payment page. Why is that?
There was the main paypal payment option, with out that Csollia thing.
To be honest, xsolia sucks
Its imposible to done more like 100eur...
or evein 50 eur 2x in row..
they allow donate like once a day 50 eur or some thing..
So the main paypal was best way to donate... |

When?
when i was tryed donate some 1 week ago, they froze my money and i transaction failed
And i had to wait 2-3 days till get money back.
And i was Chating with Xsolia many times, then i told them its imposible to work with them
So i was using the Only main paypal, stright to Lordswm.

xsolla works very well, they do a lot to prevent ill-use of creditcards.
The reason that payments do not work sometimes is because the creditcard companies do not always give the ok for the payment fast enough, in which case your creditcard company "freezes" the money = they reserve it for xsolla to be taken within a week... but xsolla does not take it, since they only try once for each payment order.
It really helps when you call your creditcard agency (telephone number on your card) right before you make the donation. |
Xsolla is seriously bad.
This what i got 3 times out of the 5 times when i tried to buy diamonds.
"Unfortunately your payment was not processed. If there is a pending charge on your account, please be advised that the charge will not clear, and the money will be back into your account. We advise you to use this card in 24 hours or try another payment method. We apologize for any inconveniences. Thank you for your understanding"
Conventional paypal will work 100 out of 100 times.

I want old main paypal , stright to heroeswm .. was the best..

When i buy like 5 eur value diamonds, its ok
but if i after 1 hrs decide buy a nother 5 eur it fails...

Maybe because there are less players playing from those countries? Afterall this is a russian game and the russians will definitely try to suppress other smaller countries, although paypal is working fine here in India. |

Players who registered on the Russian server have not had access to the main paypal option since 2013, so I would say that doesn't hold true at all. |

Are you sure you registered through the Russian site? They removed the main paypal option in Feburary 2013 for .RU registered accounts although Russian made accounts could still access it through Xsolla. |
