I guess it is different for every CL, so making a table for upgrades of each level and each CL would make you guys annoyed as you would have to search a lot:P |

it will be better if you do small levels as it will give you base points for buying ballista and tent & upgrading them.

Question: I just faced regular elf troops which had tactics with troops on 3th row so its 150+ unicorns could charge right away. What's up with that?
Having faced darkelf troops with tactics so its shrews can go anywhere they please and if it happens to be a shrew monster you are doomed, I swallowed that, but now even regular elf troops with tactics?
What's next, that they start in mid of map and have twice your initiative? |

yes unless you pay 500 to get controlled by character. then you can control them |

well, it doubles your damage.
so when upgrading attack for 1200 points is less then double, it becomes usefull. |
