As far as I know
Blocked means you are blocked from using your character.
Until you prove you did not do anything wrong.
Jailed is a character that gets ported to EAST ISLAND,
he/she cannot employ
take part in tournaments
etc etc
but I think they can still do hunts.

-you can't enroll (there won't be any facilities on east island)
-you can't send private messages except to members of the official appeal comission (clan 6500)
-you can't bet on roulette
-you can't sell anything on market, to facilities or directly to other players
-you can't post at the forums
-you can't chat in combats or card games if you're the spectator.
-you can't do Hunt,MG,TG or RG battles.

3 days
1 week
2 weeks
1 months
2 months
3 months
6 months
or 1 year |

Free of group battle and duel, didn't see CG too.
