The black dot means it has been rejected - Usually because the case cannot be reviewed (i.e, the block happened to long ago or they want extra details but the player did not provide them).
The red dot means the case has been reviewed - It doesn't necessarily mean it has been rejected, as sometimes they want more details before they reach a final decision which is also represented as a red dot.
If you view your application, they should have provided you with a reason why your application was rejected or if they want more details. If you let us know what the name of the account is, we can help you understand their decision. |

Basically 2 players reviewed your case and came to find that:
1) You swore and insulted the admin - Which is an exceptional case and the block is deserved.
2) You said you didn't send the mail - The two players found that you were still at fault as password sharing is forbidden.
So the short answer is, they didn't agree with either of your arguments for unblock and the account will remain blocked. |
