| Re 2nd point ,It means to remove the existing fraction level benefit's like more troops for knight,favoured enemy for elf and make them something dependent on combat level like that of tribals rituals. |

If there was no faction skills and all faction abilities depended on CL, you could play all the factions on one account. You'd still have to build every single castle, but there wouldn't be one or two main factions. You could play them all effectively in thieving, PvP, etc, etc.
Sounds quite ideal to me.

It'd take some rebalancing for sure, but it's not like anyone would get an upper hand because of that :DD |
| Removing faction resistance would be for the better. It creates all sort of troubles, the main being that it's better not to attack ennemies of your faction and makes duel of same factions pretty boring (think of 2 wizzards magic arrowing their gargs killing like 8 per spell and punching their golems to death or any duel of same factions with defense build). |
