Please note the following rule:

Questions regarding penalties must exclusively serve the purpose of enlighten/explain the apparent reasons for the penalties in question or ask which steps are available to the player to address the penalties. This Forum branch is not the proper way to neither receive that enlightenment from the Administration, nor to appeal against it.
Only the administration can unblock you, so asking to be unblocked in this forum is pointless. If you think that the block was unfair, you can do what post #4 and 5 suggest. However, it looks like that character had illegal transfers, which is a valid reason for blocking a character, so it is unlikely that you will be unblocked. I suggest forgetting about that character and continue playing with the one that you currently have. |
