There are plenty of players you can see whom keep switching accounts monthly (some even weekly) and most of them are roulette players.. Imagine them all borrowing and when a bad streak occurs, they switch and they borrow again (with no intention to repay whatsoever), etc.. |

automated loans will reduce spam and I don't care for people who would regret getting a loan that they can't pay back :P
Also LG level restriction could be good to have access to such loans. |

I am not against not with the idea
but
empire can do it this way.
anyone who borrows loan.
this gold will be kept in separate way.
meaning
not added with normal gold.
you cannot do roulette.
during loan period.
you cannot sell transfer artifacts. (reason being players can buy artifacts from market through loan gold and sell that artifact to transfer to normal gold. )
they have restriction to time.
meaning
double timing for hunts
thieves
rangers etc
half payment in lg
why so many restrictions you ask?
gold loan is only for people who may be want to build up castle but are short by few thousands etc
so instead of begging to anyone
they can borrow it from empire.
but it's a huge risk on that as per the restrictions given above.

Seriously if this happens , im gonna make lots of new id and borrow gold from all. All ids will bet on straight ups , the one who wins will be main , rest others abandoned ;)

Being in that place, you get loans,

game's gold system is based on forcing players to donate, if they want to play a lot.
as a free game, patience with enrolling can accumulate lots of gold.

there are some ideas almost all experienced player gave +1.
those opposing voices heard when
a) an outright stupid or
b) many times suggested & denied idea posted again.
this is a case (b). clearly its benifical for players but sadly against game's structure.

I'm not here to shut it down, I've just expressed my opinion about the idea. I'll develop it a bit more:
This suggestion is mainly for roulette players, in my point of view. Some logs are chaotic enough already, with lots of loans and so on. With the idea being proposed as it is, the most probably result will be lots of new accounts being created, and once they lose the money (probably from both players and Empire), they will be simply abandoned and new accounts will be created again.
And also, gold management is very important. Doesn't matter how much gold you have, if you don't know how to use it, it will never be enough. That's why players should know how much they can spend without compromising the finances. Applied both to the game and real life. :) |
