3rd day battle screwed me up good :( Was doing pretty good in the first 2 days but today had nearly 50% loss.. Surprisingly rally DD performs better than classic and DD here..

A bucket can never competite with an ocean , No wonder whatever you add...

I woudn't be whining IF I woudn't have lost 6 battles out of 20 on first day..

Plus It is not about arts , It is about crazy stacks and Incredible luck...

when 10 horses deals minimum damage: 9*10*1.3/1.15=102, this is already 3 crusaders, not counting defense talent and fsp damage reduction.

Imo this is one of the best events since I started playing this game. Some factions and levels is of course easier to play and you've have more options at higher levels since you can change talent set-up to prepare yourself for all different opponents.

Good fsp, armaments and chance to loot elements and artifacts that more or less weigh up the cost for playing the event.

Hats off for RevolutionRebel for a great performance so far!
in my last fight the Opponent Units had 3 armaments. wiered
I also love the event. Only issue i have is its very annoying fighting some fights that you have zero chance of winning. I love a close fight. I hate fights that are not winable no matter what I do.
lol and on the other Hand there are crazy opponents. like an alt necro with 17 spellpower and 1 knowlege... lol
Love the event, I know you cannot win every battle. My only complaint is 20 battles a day is a bit much. I cannot play 24/7 so only hope to get 45 wins to be able to buy an art worth buying. lol
RevolutionRebel started losing.. it means admins increased difficulty way too much for today ;p
Does anybody know what is the set bonus?

With 3 arts it seems to be:
+1 Attack
+1 Defense
+1 Spell Power
+1 Knowledge
+1 Initiative
and might include bonus to magic defense, melee/ranged defense, speed of hero, penetration, but those are not visible by just wearing the arts.

I think the above bonuses are for every 3 arts (like the tactician set)
I am wondering what will happen if you do not use the coins during this evet:

- you loose them?
- they are saved for next same event?

There is still no english announcement out to explain the rules.

After switching to dwarf, I'm starting to win 60-70% again (from 20% using DE). However, there is still no way to defeat cheater charmer elf as 17 init troops run to 3 corners of the map

caster is a pain when they have more than twice normal troops.
Every event there seems to be a sizeable negative response from people which I frankly do not understand. I think fundamentally a lot comes down to expectations, of which for some is too high (in my opinion).

In running an event they must make it both accesible to all and challenging. Given the different levels of pumping characters or of specialist in one faction or spread fsp some will be very well sioted, others not. Given this the admins cannot realistically fully balance everything and test it to destruction as the total complexity is too big - thing of all the builds multiplied by 21 levels! Bet way therefore is to set up some army builds, automate the levl of power with some variation and test it till it is easyish for those that will find the event hardest. This is how it strted with many winning almost all and some actually all (respect RevolutionRebel). If they kept it at the same difficulty then the top players would all win 100% - no challenge for them and no differentiation at the top end. Solution, increase the difficulty progressively as the event goes on.

Events are special, hard and optional, so full arts are needed. This means expensive however the potential rewards in terms of FSP are good. You are simply converting gold for better fsp through the medium of a battle. For some it will work out more cost effectiv if they get the very best art, however for most it wont (has to be this way to stop over inflation in market).

So the conclusion, is that events have to have these features don;t rail against them and get annoyed, they kind of have to be that way to make sense. Accept it, after all no one makes you do the event.

For my part I have played 20 and won 14, but then I am playing with a low faction level (my choice to build my character this wy, with a bit less than full full arts). Thats life, I will lose because I am not the best, fair enough. I will play to the level of gold I can affored to lose and be happy with that. I think some players would benefit from thinking on similar lines.

Personnaly, I think I am finished with this event. My ratio is 9/12. But I managed to buy two cheap 15/15 arts for 400 Survilurg gold each, which I will sell at the market. With some luck I'll regain money I've spent for this 12 battles. FSP, EXP and creature armaments will stay with me forever.

So, I consider this event successful for me.
