As the title says, i got a lost during a torunment (1k gold fee) for timeout when i was playing normally O.o
What can i do to null this lose and get the money back?

There is a timer for each tavern game. I forgot the exact duration but I think it is shorter for tourneys.
When that timer runs out, the player with larger Tower wins.

10 minute timer for tournament games. When the timer runs out, the player with the highest tower after the last card is played is the winner.
Sometimes a game does go on for 10 minutes when playing normally. Sometimes players will try to slow down the tournament matches when they want to win by timeout. |
| A tournament card game will time out 10 minutes after it began, and whoever has the largest tower wins. If the towers are equally tall, the largest wall wins. This time out exists so that card tournaments don't take too long. |
You can post a complaint if the opponent was intentionally slowing down the game by playing at the last second and the Keepers will get it sorted out.

dragging a tavern game doesn't seem to break the following rule
-Insults, swearing, rudeness, threats, flood in either Tavern or Battle chat |
-Staged combats, paid-for combats, deliberate losses, bad sportsmanship, giveaway combats
-Intentional AFKing (going "away from keyboard" during the course of a battle)
well, could be arguable that it's 'bad sportmanship', but the timer is part of the tourney game and IMO taking advantage of a part of the game should'nt be considered 'bad sportmanship' |

Actually the timer is there so the Tournaments don't take too long to complete. Players doing this to win and causing inconvenience to other players are not taking advantage of the feature rather exploiting it which in itself is forbidden as stated in General Rules of the game. :) |

Those are normal battles, where there is no point in delaying.
While there is a point in delaying for tourney card games.
Besides, how do you prove it's not due to bad connection?
But then again, it's all up to the admin. I think it's better if they made the rule more specific for this case. |

If results show a good difference then it was intentional if not then unintentional.
I understand it is tough but Keepers surely would have some Mod Tools to help them. Maybe some keeper can shed some light on this.
