ok so that is the address for Q&H and as u can see, its id is 110. now as many of u might know, Arctic, a very well known yet presently inactive contributed a lot to the forums as well as the entire game, and from what i have heard he is japanese. now in japan, the police number is 110(like in NA it is 911) and Q&H could be compared to police in RL, so could it be Arctic suggested Q&H's id to be 110? xD

This forum section used to be #10 - Following the merge with the Russian server, all forum sections on the .com server had 100 added to them. So id=10 became id=110. So sheer coincidence or obscure thinking on your behalf :D | Arctic is not Japanese, he currently lives in Japan, just that.
Arctic is from Ukraine.
And no, Q&H could not be compared to police in RL, I never went to police to ask "How can I find a room to rent ?".
Coincidences don't exist yes, because nothing is random as explained by humans. However, similarities do exist. Similarity of Q&H with Japanese police = less than 1% | LOL! xD
