Well I checked some profiles and everyone has repair cost minimum equal to the repair efficiency.. Before it was like 45% cost for 50% efficiency.
Also I asked one of a guy in A&D who repairs 50% efficiency to repair for me at 48% cost and then he said me If I'm sure about all this and gave me a Russian article link.. I guessed it said repair cost should not be lower than repair efficiency :P |
