been months already and the complaints about survilurgs aren't exactly new

I feel like if it was something people enjoyed we wouldn't be spammed with mails to join facility defense.

Yeah the survilurg burden is too intense for a clan with 8+ facilities, solution is simple though, just add guild points and people would be fine with it. At the moment every survilurg fight hurts the character |

That would be better yes. Though I would still not be satisfied entirely by the fact that we're being forced into playing daily repetitive battles at random times. Most in this game is optional while this feels like a job. |

Income from an estate is negligible. The ones on the top of list in each location were built earlier and obviously get more guests compared to newer ones but tbh I don't think many estate owners even think about potential earnings from their estate. It simply would be the wrong reason for owning it because the purchase/upgrade cost is practically unrecoverable.
I would say it really is just a way to dump gold when you have too much of it and nothing else that you need to spend on. You're driven by the idea of owning one instead of seeing it as some sort of business-worthy investment. |

Easy to get some average figures. Let's take EC. If you want to be competitive you can hope at best to get 600 gold a day. 4200 a week. 18000 a month.
You can probably get away with 180 gold and still rent most of the time, so that would be about 1080 a day, 32400 a month. |
| It's nearly impossible to get an estate in empire capital. You won't find any licenses/estate listings. They're not like your typical estates so it may not be the best example. |
I just picked it up because I'm sitting there and I know that 100 gold room are always rented and 180 ones pretty often so it makes calculations easy.
Besides you can buy EC licences, it's just that the guy who buys them isn't stingy ;) |
Levels are a bit botched for MT I think, but when do you see five barbarians in a game? That is a lot of muscle power =)
