| I recently posted about attempting to retrieve my old account which was unsuccessful, but I was wondering if there was anyway for me to be able to gain command of the clan which I funded myself and worked very hard to achieve, I hope it is possible to do and if so I would like some help on how to, Thankyou |

Forget about the clan, it is not possible to get it re-assigned to you.
Firstly, you are level 4. You need to be level 5 or above to be in a clan.
Secondly, that clan belongs to that account, not your new account.
Thirdly,
3.29.2. It is possible to ask an Administration representative to reassign the clan leadership from leader to deputy in the following cases:
- Military clan: clan leader is absent from the game for 3 months or more; the leader has not prohibited to reassign leadership in his clan in his or her personal information page;
- Clan with blocked leader: the leader does not have "Not to be unblocked" seal in his transfer log; the leader is not blocked for financial assist, insults or SHL; at the moment of block the clan counts more than 50 members.
Those are the conditions that you may fulfill to ask administration to re-assign a clan. Since it is not a military clan, you can ignore the first condition. The second condition says you can ask for leadership re-assignment only if the clan numbers more than 50 players (which it doesn't) and if the leader has been blocked (which it isn't).
So it is not possible. |

I remember forgetting my password before and arctic helped me to get that acc back. Too bad admins don't care for the time and effort someone has spent on an account to get to lev 9 these days.
