what if the leader evicts me out of the military clan even if i want to offer my services to the clan

| No the clan doesn't have to give your gold back. It costs the Military clan 5000 gold to send you the invitation. Military clans have a limited number of available slots, 250 - So if you are inactive or they feel you are not contributing they are free to remove you anytime without a refund. |
| u dont get evicted without a reason n if u were evicted from AnD because of inactivity u should hav recieved a pm with explanations and instructions but u can always bring it up with jedi... |

If it something personal, you should contact the clan leader rather than trying to resolve it through the forums and you will probably have better luck.
When you pay to join a military clan you accept that that is what you are willing to pay to use its services and they are entitled to remove you if they wish. But again, my suggestion is you talk to them through private mail. |
