AuthorThief Difficulty
I did thieving with full arts and won quite few, after which the difficulty went to the extreme ! So I decided to fight with Min arts but even after losing a series of matches, the difficulty doesn't seem to decrease but increase only.

I though losing and Min AP will bring down difficulty ! but just check out the following combats and tell me if it is possible to win

is there any way to bring down difficulty ?

difficulty won't reduce if you won't get minimum 0.3 fsp if you lose
your first example battle you got 0.13 fsp which is < 0.3..which is not reducing any difficulty

Q.5.30: What's the mechanics behind caravan strength drop after a loss?

A.: The strength of all caravans is dampened, regardless of the type of caravan that you were defeated by. The caravans' strength increases in the same way. The more faction skill points you gain after a defeat in an ambush, the greater the drop effect will be.

Those are pretty tough battles and will probably take a fair bit of losing to bring down to a level where you are able to use minimum arts.

I suggest that you slowly drop down the number of arts you use. So instead of using minimum arts, use a medium-ap set. This way, when you lose, you are likely to kill more and get more fsp - Thus reducing the difficulty more. If you keep going with min-ap, it will be a very long grind to reduce the difficulty. Once you start to win with medium-ap and you have reduced the difficulty enough, drop down to minimum ap and lose a bit more as you will get more fsp than you are getting now. Eventually it will even out!
So If I tend to reduce difficulty, I must Lose battles getting >0.3 fsp ?
if i recall correctly, Arctic said that the difficulty won't reduce if you won't get minimum 0.3 fsp if you lose thingy was a myth that appeared in the russian forums.
however, this was discussed on a skype chat and i can't find where it is.
anyone?
use full arts but lose on purpose, gaining above 0.70 fsp
What If I quit playing TG for a week and start over with min arts ?
Will that help in reducing the difficulty level ?
