Hi all,
(I am not sure if it is the right branch of the forum... but I could not figure out which one was)
I started the game with this character but after learning the mechanics of the game I would like to restart from scratch using different factions.
I already restarted a second character "pippo2", at the moment enlisted as second character of "pippo".
Can I have the restarted "pippo2" as main and "pippo" either removed or, if possible, as second character? As far as I can tell, with "pippo" I have not yet done any action (e.g. joining Thief guild, etc.) that would be forbidden to a second character.
Please let me know. |
| Yes you can exchange between them as main and multi...just remember one thing first...multi should not have lvl higher than that of main |

You might have to enlist this character for a block since its level is higher than the multi. |

yes the main is now lvl 5 and I just restarted with the second. How do I enlist the main for block? Or I can just wait to reach lvl 5 with the second and exchange them? "exchanging" would mean just changing the text in the character description or do I have to do an explicit request?

1) It should be posted in QaH forum
2)If you want to make your present main as a extra then bring your alt to your main level and then switch main and alt.

| I believe you also run the risk of having your actual main being blocked after it becomes an alt character; then what you legally did as a main might be forbidden to alt accounts. |
I don't think "pippo" will be blocked unless you ask for it; if this is true: As far as I can tell, with "pippo" I have not yet done any action (e.g. joining Thief guild, etc.) that would be forbidden to a second character.

And I wrote it into both profiles. Former main was blocked, no problem anymore. |

Q.8.3: I have one main and one add. Can I swap them?
A: Technically you can, but most probably your new add becomes illegal and subject to block - there are many activities allowed to main but prohibited to adds, such as making/receiving presents, giving/receiving loans, operations with rare artifacts and estates, repairing/enchanting other players' artifacts etc. Also note that according to the rules, additional characters cannot be of higher combat level that the main. Such adds are subject to block.
You could bring your secondary up to your level and then switch them if you wished to continue playing with Pippo and had no activities that a multi account is not allowed to do. Or you could simply do as Nutella did in post 10 and have that account blocked. The bottom line is that it is possible for you to switch your main and your multi :) |
