tl;dr
As long as you pay X% repair cost for X% efficiency, you will always make some profit. Isn't that right? |

| It means that repair price is lower than artifact value, so if you pay 10% of the repair price to get back 10% of the artifact value, it is cheaper than buying a new one. |
If I repair medal of bravery with 10% cost at 10% repair efficiency, the durability of repaired artifact will be 2 or 3?
If 2, we get a loss better buy new one.
If 3 we get profit. |
BTW, for other artifacts X0 durability(x=1 to 9) this techniques is valid.
