| "Underground depot, Cache" need to be built each time when change faction but since there is no restriction on number of factions you change in a day, I'd recommend building it just for your main faction that is unless you have a huge number of arts. If your arts fit in inventory just fine then there is no need to build depot and cache for all factions. |
yes builds need done individually for each faction you will play.
