In the following fights, as u can see, my incendiaries' initiative was higher than the other guy's incendiaries.
My ini: 9.8
His: 9.2
Still, in the first wave itself his turn came and also his hero's turn, whereas i didnt get a turn before the ven spiders. why?

Can somebody explain it to me? :s | On the first turn, there is a random initiative deviation of up to 10%.
So his incendiaries may have 9.2% init, but they can possibly move earlier due to the random initiative on the first turn. The same with his hero.
