Has anyone else had problems using visa for diamonds? I'm really bored and can't be bothered waiting a whole month to earn enough gold to pay for the arts for CG battles, but the thing messes up every time I try to pay. Details are all put in correct.
I've mailed dealer a couple of days ago but had no reply.
What to do? |

i did pay with debit card too one or two months back.
that time, the transaction failed because apparently, it timed out..so maybe you can try to finish the transaction faster?? |

What method are you using? Just plain Visa? Could you try making the payment through the Paypal method using a credit card? That one tends to work for me just fine. If that doesn't work, perhaps try using the Xsolla support and asking whether they are having issues.
