Decrease attack of attacking stack

AuthorDecrease attack of attacking stack
what does the armor enchant D10 do exactly? any formular?
It lowers the attack of the attacking stack by 10% before calculating the damage.
When it says "charging stack", does the attacking stack have to move for the reduction to apply? If so, what minimum distance must the charging stack move for the effect to apply?
Nah, it's just anyone who attacks.
Simple:
The effect is the very opposite from the "Decrease Target's Defence" Enchant.
Decrease attack of attacking stack - both melee and shooter
Sure there is. Say you have one or more artifacts which sum up to X% enemy attack's reduction. In your case X = 10.

The formula for the enemy's Attack at the point of attacking you would be :

NEW_A = A * (1 - X/100)

where NEW_A is the final Attack of the enemy and A is the initial Attack of the enemy (after reductions or increments by spells or abilities like Chastise or Rage)

I don't know if NEW_A rounds up, down or no rounding at all ('cause maybe the rounding is done only on final damage, after the usage of damage calculator, not sure), but the point of the formula is that.

Now, you use NEW_A instead of A in damage formula to get the final damage when your enemy is attacking you:
