I heard that initiative gets capped (maxed out) at 10%. I'm not sure if this is true or not, so I'm just asking.
I also heard that Morale is capped at 7.
Could someone share some light onto this please?
I haven't heard about luck. But if there is a cap, I'd presume it'd be the same as Morale? |
There is no cap on initiative you can have.
There is an effective cap on luck and morale - That cap is 5. Any luck applied after 5 gives no additional value to the chance of luck/morale triggering. However, any additional morale after 5 will still count towards retribution/extensive gating talents. |
